1984 Branson is not only a retro 80s arcade, we are a preservation museum and a retro 80s hangout! We have over 80 video games and over 20 pinball machines. Our collection of machines is ever growing.
Our collection of games focuses on all the ones we knew as teens in the 1980’s. Games from the 1970’s like Space Invaders and Asteroids are part of that mix. Sometimes a 1990’s game sneaks, if it based on that 1980’s feel.

PUSH THE BUTTON
All our video games have a credit button installed (the blue button) near the coin slot on the front of the game. If you don’t see a blue button the game is probably set on free play. Add credits by hitting the blue button and then start the game with either player 1 or player 2 button and your on your way!
NO QUARTERS NEEDED
HIGH SCORES
We shut our games off at night, so most of them forget their scores (no internal battery). So we track our current High Scores on the TV monitors.
If you are going for a High Score, check the posted score on this board, or have 1984 Branson staff look up a score, or you can look it up on the 1984 Branson App! If you beat that high score, come let us know.
When you beat a score you get:
- Your initials and score posted to the board
- A High Score “brag button”
- A Free Play pass for FREE admission on your next visit!
